Back Care Yoga 6 Week Series

This series uses a therapeutic yoga approach so it is a little different than a ‘traditional’ yoga class. The focus of this series is to nourish and move the spine, along with supporting areas of the body, so that we can function at our best. There are fewer poses with more time spent in each, taking care to enter and exit each pose safely. Repetition is used to become familiar with the poses which can allow us to undo areas of tension and can also help bring your practice home with you. Participants will be emailed material each week to review if they wish, to better understand the focus for that week’s class. This class is beginner friendly so all levels are welcome, no experience needed!

Though this class is beginner friendly it is designed for those who can go from standing to seated/laying down under their own power. For those who have different movement needs please feel free to message me and we can discuss something that is suitable for you!

Props for class are provided but please bring your own mat!

Nervous System Reset 6 week series

In this 6-week therapeutic yoga series time is taken to sooth and nourish the nervous system. With a trauma informed approach Andy creates a safe space to explore each experience and undo tension by tapping into the rest and digest nervous system.

There is a common thread through the series to allow people to become familiar with the movements so they can bring their practice home. Each week new information is shared and explained so folks can understand the ‘why’ behind the movements and to ensure a well-rounded practice.

This class is suited for all levels and caters to those experiencing high stress due to work (such as first responders, hospital staff, caretakers), or anyone who needs time to undo tension in their body.

Upper Body Melt

Neck and shoulder pain are some of the most common discomforts many people experience during their lifetime. This class will focus on the upper back, shoulders, and neck to create mobility, strength and undo tension. With a therapeutic yoga approach, this class is low impact and suitable for all levels (even those who have never been to a yoga class before). If you're someone who carries tension in your shoulders/neck then this class is for you!

Aligned (A Chakra Journey)

In this 6 class series we'll be aligning our chakras. Each week we'll dive into each chakra to connect with and balance the main energy centers of the body. This class will be a mix of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), mantra (chanting), and meditation. This class is open to all folks and beginner friendly!

Reiki and Restore

In the Reiki and Restore Series you get the benefits of relaxing the physical body as well as the energetic body. Andy will lead you through supported restorative poses and pranayama to support the physical, mental and emotional bodies while Erica uses reiki energy healing to move prana, also known as life force energy, through your energetic body. This series can help you release and undo blockages on multiple levels of being to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to leave behind what no longer serves you.

Hips and Legs Unlocked!

This class (you may have guessed) is focused on the lower body. Many people deal with tension and decreased mobility in their legs and hips. By using nourishing movements, we'll practice opening up tight areas, increasing range of motion and strengthening our base. All folks welcomed, no previous yoga experience needed. Many options given for all
